After the machine is repaired and has been tested to be fully functional and operational, then HealthyWiser will ship it to back to the owner FREE of charge provided the shipping address is within the U.S.A.
After the First Five (5) Years – (LABOR ONLY)
In the event that your HealthyWiser Alkaline Water Ionizer breaks down after the initial 5 year period passes, then the “Lifetime Service Warranty on Repairs” (LABOR ONLY) will take effect automatically. This warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.
The cost of machine parts and shipping fees will have to be shouldered by the owner.
Proper Maintenance Procedures
To ensure that your HealthyWiser Alkaline Water Ionizer is in optimal condition, be sure to adhere to its proper maintenance procedures such as the following:
- To prevent calcium build-up inside the electrolysis chamber, be sure to produce acidic water once a day for at least 15 seconds every time you use the machine.
- Change the filter/filters once per year or when the counter expires, whichever comes first. Doing so helps prevent internal clogging and damage to the inside of the machine. Failure to change the filter/filters on a regular basis can result in machine damage.
The “Limited Lifetime Warranty” does not cover the following conditions or events:
- Misuse or customer neglect
- Accidental Damage

You must contact us immediately via email or phone for a return authorization before sending us the machine back to us. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
You may return your HealthyWiser Alkaline Water Ionizer machine within 60 days from date of purchase for 100% of the purchased price provided you return the HealthyWiser Alkaline Water Ionizer machine in “Like New” condition, in its original packaging with all components (excluding the used filter/filters).
“Like New” condition demands that the machine should be free from scratches or damage in any way, internal or external and should have complete component parts (e.g. connector hoses, O-rings, Faucet Adapter, manual, etc.) The used filter/filters is not to be included and you may keep or discard of it as you wish.
For returns, prior to sending back the HealthyWiser Alkaline Water Ionizer machine, you must take out the used filter/filters out of the machine. Do not leave any used filter/filters inside the box. Discard all used filters appropriately and do not ship them back.
The machine must sent back in its original packaging without any physical defect or damage and without any water inside. Therefore, prior to sending back the HealthyWiser Alkaline Water Ionizer, be sure that you open the machine and allow the unit to air-dry for several days (preferably more than 3 days) before you return and ship it back to a HealthyWiser facility, as doing so will prevent water damage from occurring during the shipment process.
To do this, you need to open up and air-dry the machine by simply removing the used filter/filters and make sure you disconnect the hose from the faucet, keeping the machine dry at all times. It is highly-recommended that you allow the machine to air-dry for several days on your kitchen counter after you remove the used filter/filters. This must be done prior to putting the machine in its package and before shipping it back to HealthyWiser.
It is also required that you acquire a signature upon delivery and ensure any return shipment for your full purchase value in the event it is damaged or lost by the carrier during return shipments. HealthyWiser is not going to be responsible for damaged or lost products by your shipping carrier.
All returned HealthyWiser Alkaline Water Ionizers that are found used with wet filter/filters still inside the machine which were not removed by the customer prior to shipping will have their return policies voided automatically.
Never attempt to dismantle the machine as doing so, will void your 60 Day return policy and warranty. The 60 Day Return Policy starts on the date that you receive the product as confirmed by the signature upon delivery.
Henceforth, you shall have 60 days from that time to return the product. Any additional filter/filters purchased and used are non-refundable. All returned items will be inspected both externally and internally via digital photography for documentation purposes.
